  • How do I know when my sticker has been sent? We will send a confirmation email to let you know it has been shipped.
  • Why can't I choose my sticker? This is part of the surprise!
  • What if I don't know the address?  We will only be able to send the message with a full name and address.  Be sure to double check everything is correct.

What are the key things people should know about the stickers themselves (size, material, etc.) before ordering?

Our stickers are designed to fit in a regular envelope, feature various positive and uplifting messages, and are a variety of sizes.

What do people need to know about shipping costs and delivery times for these surprise stickers?

Shipping times are dependent on Canada Post timelines, so please expect 1-2 weeks for delivery. Costs vary depending on the destination, and the shipping cost will be calculated for each order.

What's your policy if a sticker doesn't arrive or if there's a problem with the order for someone in Canada?

Please ensure that the full name, address, and postal code/zip code are included with your order, as we do not offer refunds for stickers that do not arrive.
